Product Replacement
Each product (except components) has a 2-year warranty. Our customers have the right to receive a replacement product, which is available for shipment within 3 working days after our company has received a message about a product malfunction. It does not cost customers anything, only the customer has to send us the damaged product at his own expense. However, if it is found that the device is not working due to a non-warranty reason, the customer is responsible for the repair costs and delivery charges back to him.
